Nothing in life is free. So what’s the catch? Well, for once there isn’t one.

No matter who you are, you need a professional portrait. A crispy headshot gives an extra touch of authenticity to everything you do. The truth is pretty simple: people are more likely to spend a few extra minutes looking at your content (read: paying attention to you) if you take the time and energy to present yourself in a polished, professional manner. Chances are pretty good that you haven’t had a professional headshot taken in a while, and chances are even better that your last one wasn’t taken in a professional photography studio.

Mark your calendars, on February 26th starting at 4:30 PM I’ll be opening the studio doors to take headshots for anyone who stops in. This is also going to be a prime opportunity to meet other people from across Southern Maine and beyond. There will be pizza, snacks, and drinks available for the entire night.

Everything I just said is all well and good, but why am I doing this?

In short, altruism. I have an open night on the studio calendar, I like to see my friends, meet new people, and I want to provide an excuse to get out and do something on a weeknight.

TL;DR: Let me take your picture (you’ll get to keep it for free), come see new (and old) friends, free pizza and drinks.
